Shipping And Handling

At Vivilicious, we take pride in making masterful and delicate treats to delight you. Standard ground shipping costs $8.99 for small boxes or a combination of one small (6-piece) and one medium (12-piece); $17 for large boxes (24-piece) within the USA.

Your orders are guaranteed to arrive at the shipping address provided correctly. Please note that refunds are not offered on food products and all sales are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable when a shipping address is entered incorrectly at the time of purchase by the client.

How Long Will It Take For My Treats To Arrive?

Our products are made to order. Please kindly allow us 2-4 days for production and processing. If you order by noon on Tuesday, your treats will be shipped no later than Saturday of that week. Orders received Wednesday through Sunday will ship no later than the following Tuesday. Large orders or unforeseen factors beyond our control may impact this shipping schedule, and we will reach out if any such delays arise.
